Website trust

The small details that make an established company look like a stranger.

What it is

Trust is everything a visitor uses to decide whether you're real, established and safe to let into their home or their case. We check for the things that quietly break it:

  • Leftover template text, such as a testimonial signed "CEO, Acme" or "Trusted by 30,000 brands"
  • Testimonials with only a first name, which nobody can verify
  • Two different email addresses, or a phone number that doesn't match the Google listing
  • A founding year that differs between the website, the listing and what AI tools say
  • A license number that is missing or hard to find
  • Broken links and an outdated copyright year
What it costs you

Homeowners and accident victims are careful by nature, and they have heard the stories about storm chasers and fly-by-night operators. One piece of placeholder text tells them nobody is minding the website, and they start to wonder what else nobody is minding.

Mismatched facts also confuse search engines and AI assistants, which compare your details across many sources before trusting them.

How we fix it

We go through the site page by page and remove every leftover. We replace unverifiable testimonials with your real Google reviews, shown with full first names and towns. We set one email, one phone number, one founding year and your license number, and make them match everywhere they appear online.

We hold our own website to the same standard

Everything on this site is real. There are no invented testimonials, no stock "happy client" quotes, and no numbers we can't back up. If we ever show a client result, it will be real, documented and shown with that client's permission.
