The problem it solves
Most happy customers would leave a review if someone asked at the right moment and made it easy. Most businesses simply don't ask, or ask only now and then. The result is a review count that falls behind competitors and a newest review that's months old.
How it works
- When a job is finished, the customer gets one short text or email, sent in your name, with a direct link to your Google review page.
- It goes only to customers who gave you their number and agreed to receive messages from you.
- Every customer is asked, not just the ones you expect to be happy.
- Every review that comes in gets a reply, which we can draft for your approval.
What we never do
We never offer discounts or gifts for reviews, never write reviews, and never "gate" requests by sending them only to happy customers. Google forbids these practices, and the FTC's rule on reviews makes several of them illegal.
